  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated on the website

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes

  • COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location

6. Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted
